Got a call from an American woman pushing me to put money into their trading desk. I reckon it’s just a way to cover losses from the current economic mess or maybe the crypto crash. The number showed up as Oswestry, Wales, which is a big red flag - a legit company wouldn’t hide behind a random UK number, especially when they could use their own without worrying about international fees. Plus, real firms don’t usually call you out of the blue; you’d be the one contacting them first. Definitely looks like a scam to me.
