Surprisingly, he greeted me as 'Ma'am' and started off discussing my WIFI. However, when he inquired whether I actually had WIFI, I found myself puzzled and sceptical, and remarked that if he was indeed from BT, he should already be aware of that. To my utter disbelief, he hung up immediately! This isn’t the first time I've encountered such calls; this is the third instance in just a few weeks from various numbers, suggesting they’re clearly on the hunt again.
