I received a call from a local number. They claimed to be part of the Road Traffic Awareness Initiative and mentioned they'd get back to me. The caller had a distinct Liverpool accent.

since about 8:45 in the morning till 8:30 at night my phone has been buzzing non stop with calls from ppi free check. they hardly ever let the phone ring more than a few times before hanging up but they call over a dozen times a day! its really annoying.
