He then asked, “How long has this been an issue?” I pointed out that he had reached a business, not an individual, to which he retorted rather rudely, “Why are you wasting my time, you b**ch,” before promptly hanging up. They dialled my direct number at work, not the main office line, which made me suspicious straight away. I played along, telling them it was terrible slow just to see what they’d say next. He asked how long the problem had been happening, so I told him this was a business, not a private home. That’s when he got rude and called me a "waste of his time" before hanging up.
