Got a call claiming to be from Microsoft tech support. When I asked some questions, the person on the end snapped at me telling me to 'shut up'. I was like, "did you seriously just say that?" and they just doubled down with another 'shut up'. I thought that was quite unprofessional so I hung up. The weird thing is, the number showed up with a Betws-y-Coed area code, but the voice definitely didn’t have a Welsh accent. Total scam, for sure.
