I had this chap ring me repeatedly, he just kept repeating 'hello' like a broken record, and I reckon he was of Indian descent. He called me a good four times in quick succession until I finally snapped and warned him that I’d noted down his number and would be informing the police. Since then, thankfully, he’s gone quiet.
