3 yearsThis person rang me claiming to be from BT about my phone bill, trying to convince me to get a 35% discount along with some other perks I didn’t really catch as I was suspicious straight away. They had my correct postcode and address, but oddly enough, they referred to me by my late dad’s initials - he died about 10 years ago, so it looks like they’re working off old info.
