I got a call from someone pretending to be with BT, saying my computer was accessed from different IP addresses. They told me to log onto my PC and walked me through what I needed to do to 'fix' it. Then, they had me go to some site which downloaded AnyDesk, letting them take over my computer and see all my data. They kept pushing me and were really forceful about it. Definitely a scam, watch out!
