Over the past week, I've had quite a few calls from what sounded like an Indian call centre pretending to be from BT broadband tech support. The numbers they used kept changing, and I checked them against several scam lists, including this one. The one that called me today seems to be spoofed because BT Call Protect didn’t block it with 1752 - it said it wasn’t a valid number - and I couldn’t ring it back either. I didn’t answer the call, so I can’t say for certain they were scammers, but it definitely seemed fishy.
