Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT Openreach saying my internet was running slow. He wanted me to turn on my laptop and check the speed on Google. I did, and we both saw it was slow. Then he asked if I had to use a PIN each time I logged on. The guy sounded Indian and was a bit tricky to understand. I told him I had guests over so couldn’t chat much, and he said he’d call back at 3:45pm tomorrow (Tuesday).
