They said they were calling on behalf of Virgin Media, but when I rang Virgin Media myself, they said everything was fine with no issues on my account. I didn’t let them access anything and they started threatening to cut off my service in 20 days! Turns out the number isn’t even linked to Virgin Media. Definitely felt dodgy.
