I picked up and it was this automated message with a woman speaking in an American accent telling me to press 1 if I wanted to chat or 2 to end my internet service or something like that. Over the past couple of days, I’ve had nearly a dozen calls from numbers that look alike, some even claiming to be from BT. It’s really frustrating and I can imagine it’s pretty stressful for loads of folks.
