Don't fall for it, it's a total con! I got a recorded voice saying there were two strange charges on my account - one about £300 to Amazon and another for £1,100 sent overseas. It told me to press 1 if I agreed with the payments or press 2 to talk to a person. What a load of nonsense, I just ended the call straight away.
