Got a call from someone claiming to be BT Technical Support about my broadband. They called me "madam" but when I asked them who exactly they wanted to speak to, the line just dropped. It’s clear they didn’t know my name and why would BT ring me out of the blue if I hadn’t reported any issues? Pretty sure it was just a spam call.
