I'm pretty sure it was a scam. The person on the phone mentioned there was an issue with my internet, but then suddenly just ended the call. It was hard to make out what they were saying, so I don’t know if that was on purpose or not. They never actually said which company they were from or if they were connected to my internet provider at all.
