Some bloke with a thick Indian accent said he was from Virgin Media and started asking about my router and the upload/download speeds. I told him I'd just call Virgin Media myself to check, and he suddenly lost it, calling me a bloody b***h and saying they were messing me about, swearing at me with the f-word a couple of times before slamming the phone down.

Got a call from someone saying they were with BT, wanted info about my router. The guy spoke with a thick Indian accent. I said I was just about to head out and couldn’t talk, but I’d ring BT myself later. As soon as I said that, he just cut the call. Pretty sure it wasn’t really BT.
