Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT, saying they needed to check my computer for issues. Felt a bit dodgy, so I didn't let them near my PC. Always suspicious of those calls asking for remote access!

Got a call from someone saying they were from Sky, but it was obvious they weren't. They said my router was acting up, but since I wasn’t busy, I told them it was actually a brand new one. Then they started chatting about unauthorised users on my account. I said I could handle that because I work for Sky (which is a lie). They just laughed and said it didn’t matter and basically called me daft for thinking I could sort it myself. When I pointed out that if they really worked for Sky, they wouldn’t be insulting customers, they ended up calling me a right nasty name. Such cheek!
