They ring up way too early and when you finally pick up, it's just a load of rubbish.

pretty sure this was a call from some place called telecoms world. from what i gathered on their site, they deal with ip phone lines and stuff. i got a random call from them out of the blue.

No idea who keeps ringing me, but they won’t give up. I’ve just ignored it. Looks like it could be one of those accident claim or PPI scam calls from what I’ve read about similar numbers.
