I've received a couple of calls from this number yesterday, the 22nd of August, 2016. The first at 10:12 in the morning, followed by another at 3:24 in the afternoon. Strangely, both times they hung up as soon as I picked up. Today, they tried again at 10:27, but once more, no conversation ensued before the call dropped. I must say, this feels awfully intrusive. Could it be classified as a pestering call?
