i keep getting calls that just cut off as soon as i pick up. once i dialled 1471 and heard a bloke say "hold on, we're busy right now, we'll get the next operator for you." no idea who they are, but lucky for me, i’m also in the 01689 area so i’m gonna track them down.

When I questioned the bloke about what he was saying, he got pretty rude and even a bit pushy. If you get a call from them saying they're from BHS, watch out, they don’t seem very polite at all.
