Got a call from somewhere loud, could barely hear over the noise. The caller had a strong accent and didn’t even bother with a greeting, just bluntly asked for the “homeowner”. When I tried to find out who it was, he kept insisting, repeating that he had to speak to him (funny thing is, the owner isn’t a bloke!). I asked again who he was and why he wanted to talk to the homeowner, and then he just got annoyed and hung up on me. Quite rude, really!

Got a call from a very noisy place, man was speaking with a strong accent. Didn’t even say hi, just bluntly asked to speak with the "home owner". When I asked who he was, he just kept insisting he needed to talk to him (well, not a he in my case!). I tried asking again about his identity and why he wanted to speak to the "home owner" and then he suddenly got annoyed and hung up on me!
