had a call from someone saying they were from a charity asking if I wanted to give a donation. I told them no and hung up. It’s not that I’m against donating, but I don’t trust doing it over the phone or online - worried it might be dodgy. I prefer giving to local charities in person instead.

Got a call from this number around 10 in the morning. When I picked up, there was nothing but silence, then right as I hung up, I heard this weird screech noise. They've tried ringing me a couple more times since then but I just let it go to voicemail.

loads of annoying calls bother me, like today this bloke with an indian accent rang up trying to push a laptop on me. when I said I wasn’t interested, he started shouting and being rude. quite upsetting really!

My mum got a call from some people saying she’d get a cheaper phone deal. They never said who they were, but they asked for her info and she gave it to them. In the end, it was a total scam and they tricked her.
