They gave the impression of being from my bank’s security team, claiming there were dubious transactions linked to my debit card. They mentioned a charge of £344.13 for Amazon and another hefty amount of £1038.52 sent to an overseas bank. They didn’t specify which bank, nor did they provide further information.
