I got a weird call from a robot saying I'd missed a call from BT and that my internet was at risk, and they'd disconnect me in 24 hours unless I stayed on the line. Next thing, a male robot with an American accent told me to keep waiting. Then just as suddenly a female robot popped up and said 'goodbye'. Honestly, felt super dodgy and just hung up.
