Some bloke with an Indian accent said he was calling from BT in London about issues with my phone and internet, even though we dont actually use BT. He said his name was Adam Smith when I asked, but refused to give any contact number or a department. When I told him his mum would be really ashamed of him trying to trick old ladies, he cheekily asked if I knew of any job openings! Tried ringing the number back afterwards but it was dead.
