I got a call from somewhere called Mallaig in Scotland but I don't actually know anyone from there at all. Quite random to get a call from that place!

Got a recorded message saying I HAD to upgrade my internet, and that they’d put me through to someone. Sat there waiting but I know for sure it’s not compulsory. Feels like just another con to me.

If you get a call from someone claiming to be from Ofcom, just ignore it and put the phone down. It’s definitely a scam.
