Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent who started chatting about my computer’s security. I told him I don’t own a computer, and then he asked if I had a laptop instead. I said no to that too. After that, he said sorry and ended the call. I’ve put that number on my block list now.

Loads of calls from this number, always some Asian voice saying they’re with Talktalk, but I just tell them to buzz off. It’s really weird, especially since the calls come from a landline in Scotland. If the police can trace that, why haven’t they done anything about it yet? They must definitely be aware of who these people are.

Got a call from some guy with an Indian accent claiming to be from Talk Talk about sending out a new router. He started rambling about viruses and security problems on my gadgets, wanted me to fiddle with the router right then and boot up my laptop. I knew straight away it smelled fishy, so told him I had to dash out. The bloke got quite cheeky, saying if I didn't care about my stuff, just leave and never bother coming back! Honestly, if this number pops up on your phone, just ignore it or hang up straight away!

Got a call from an Asian bloke who said hello, and I answered back. Suddenly, the line got all crackly, like he’d accidentally dropped the phone or something. Then he popped back on and said hello once more, and I said hello again. This kept happening a few more times, and then the phone started making banging noises before cutting out completely. So much for that "important" call I missed. Honestly, can’t wait for the next one… Not! Don’t these fraudsters get it? They’ve been found out. It’s such a pain having to deal with them!

Got a call from this number at about 10.35, the guy sounded like he had a strong Asian accent and said something like, "This is BT Internet, sir, your broadband is getting cut off for a month..." I asked where he was ringing from and he mentioned an address, something like 71 Newgate Street, said it was BT’s HQ. He even tried giving me a postcode. When I told him I wasn't buying it and asked for his name, he just snapped back with "My name is f*** off, you idiot," then just hung up. Proper nuisance, lying scoundrel and rude on top of that. These calls need to get stopped, block their number asap.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Talk Talk, well, it was actually a persistent lady with an Indian accent. She just refused to fess up that she wasn’t really from Talk Talk, even when I straight up told her she wasn’t. It was like a weird game where she knew I wasn’t convinced and I knew she was bluffing, and neither of us wanted to admit it. When I asked for my email address to prove she was legit, she just goes "how would I know that?" Yeah, exactly my thoughts. Total scam if you ask me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with the National Crime Agency and they even knew my full name and address. They said my computer ID had been used for some illegal stuff. I asked for something in writing to prove it, but they kept saying I'd miss my chance if I didn't act right away. I insisted on having it in writing first and then they just ended the call. Got a call from some bloke with an Asian accent saying he was from TalkTalk, talking about 'technical issues with my service'. The line was full of loads of background noise. He was really pushy, trying to keep me on the phone even after I told him I’d report them and was well fed up with these dodgy calls. He wanted me to hear proof that he supposedly had details about my account but I just told him again I’d be reporting him to the cops and hung up. They had rang me a couple times yesterday too, and even tried ringing one of my family members. Proper scammers!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Talk Talk, but it was a scam. The woman on the line, with an Indian accent, was really insistent about it being her company. No matter how much I said she wasn’t from Talk Talk, she just wouldn’t acknowledge it. It became this weird back-and-forth where she was aware I knew she was lying, and I was aware she knew I knew... and so on. The funniest bit was when she tried to prove she was legit but couldn’t give me my own email address and just kept saying, “how am I supposed to know that?” Which, yeah, exactly.

When I asked him to send the details in writing, he just said it was urgent and there were people misusing my CLisd, and that I’d be responsible. He even knew where I lived. I kept asking for something written down, then he just hung up on me. Definitely a scam.

Had this woman with a heavy foreign accent say she was from TalkTalk and said I had an issue with my computer, even used my name. I told her straight I knew she was a scammer. She tried to argue but I just hung up and blocked the number. This is the fourth time they’ve called me in as many days. The numbers start with codes from places like Hartlepool, Cumnock, and Mallaig up in Scotland. Don’t fall for it, they’re just trying to rip you off.

Got a ring from this number earlier, but I cut them off pretty quick. Mentioned they sounded like they were following a script and guessed they might be calling from somewhere in India. I also said I’d be passing their details on to the Wiltshire police and Action Fraud, and warned them they’d be facing legal trouble soon enough. Then they just hung up out of the blue. Bit odd, that.
