I got a phone call from some overseas call centre pretending to be Microsoft about a “computer in the house.” I told them I didn’t own a computer, but they kept pushing and said, “I mean the laptop?” I said no again. Then they tried again asking if anyone in the house had a computer. The call supposedly was about a computer in my home, but they obviously didn’t have a clue which one! Pretty obvious this was one of those phishing scams. The caller was polite and said goodbye before hanging up.
