Got a call from some guy with an Asian accent saying he was from BT about my internet. I told him straight up he was trying to scam me and ended the call. Earlier this week, a woman with an American accent from a Massachusetts number tried the same trick on me.

Got a call claiming it was from BT about some security issue. I kept pressing to find out who exactly he was but instead of answering properly, he got really rude and started yelling swear words. I've blocked the number now.

I picked up and there was nobody on the other end, guess they can only run one scam call at a time!

Today I got a call from a woman who said her name was Mary, claiming to be from BT about an issue with my internet. I’m getting these calls all the time now, so I’ve decided to report the number and the info to the ICO fraud team to handle it.
