10 yearsI received a rather peculiar call from this number. The woman on the line seemed to know my name initially but then went completely quiet. When she started asking for someone else, I clarified that I was indeed the name she had mentioned first. Quite unbelievably, she became quite curt, claiming I was being argumentative. I was merely confirming my identity! After some back and forth, she accused me of wasting her precious time and promptly hung up. Unbelievable! I’d really like to find out which company this was, as I'd like to lodge a complaint about her manner. It sounded distinctly like a call centre, what with all the noise in the background. When I attempted to return the call, I was met with an answerphone message stating the extension was unavailable.
