Totally with you on this one, T. Stevens! Honestly, it's rather tiresome with all these incessant phone calls. We're quite reluctant to change our phone just yet. When the time comes, we’ll definitely pop into the Orange shop for some good old-fashioned face-to-face service. Had a rather unpleasant experience with a different company not too long ago where we ended up with a contract we had absolutely no recollection of agreeing to. So, from now on, it's a firm no to any agreements over the phone! Never again!

We keep managing to miss their calls, and whenever we attempt to return the favour, it seems nobody is on the other end. It's proving to be rather exasperating. Is there anyone out there who might know who these individuals are?

The smartest move I found was to string them along on the phone for a good while, acting as though I'm absolutely keen on their upgrade offers, only to later tell them to jog on! 😂
