I got a call from 0168559978, and the person claimed to be from some IVA firm. They told me they had my credit details about unpaid debts and late payments. I told them to stop calling me and take my number off their list, then they just ended the call.

From my experience, when the phone goes quiet after about 4 or 5 rings, it's often just one of them cold callers.

My phone buzzed at about 6.30pm and only rang once before going silent. When I looked up the number, it said Loughborough Building Society, but I have absolutely no idea why they’d be phoning me since I’ve never dealt with them before. Quite odd really.
