I've had the same number ring me thrice today! Each time they just disconnected after one ring. I decided to ring them back using another phone, and lo and behold, I was greeted with some music and a voice saying, "Your call is extremely important to us. Please hold, and you will be connected to the next available representative." Quite the odd experience!
