After that, I just leave the phone alone and let them keep ringing until they finally give up.

I got one of those classic car accident claim scams today. It started with an automated call from someone named "Ruby Falconer" at Heritage Gold Solutions, asking if I’d been in a crash. Then, some bloke in a call centre rang me back, asking for all the accident details, but he couldn’t provide a single thing himself. Proper rubbish telemarketing trick if you ask me.
