Got a phone call from a bloke with a thick accent, said he was ringing from Open Reach, somewhere in Moffat, Scotland. He was asking about my internet speed, saying he could make it faster. Thing is, I never got in touch with Open Reach, and my broadband is already great. He kept pushing me, saying something like, “It’ll just take five minutes, promise.” I was tied up with work and had to quickly cut him off.
