Do NOT respond or press anything - just end the call immediately. I heard about a woman who got scammed out of £25,000 because of this. Over the past couple of days, I've received four calls from three separate numbers all claiming they're from Amazon. The numbers I've seen are: 01681684094, 01297861821, and 01134161648. Stay safe!
