I've had a couple of calls from these so-called insurance reps who kept going on about a crash my brother-in-law was in more than two years back. What makes it even worse is that he actually passed away a year ago this week. It's really upsetting, honestly. These firms should be closed down for good - they're not just trying to scam people but also cause a lot of unnecessary pain and stress.

I just got a call from a company named ‘TM Legal’ claiming to be from Manchester. They said they got my info from the ‘national accident database’ about a car crash I supposedly had, which is rubbish because I haven’t been in any accident. When I asked where they got my details from, since I know I have a right to know under the data protection laws, the bloke said he’d call me back and then just ended the call. Feels like a total scam.
