Beware, this is definitely a scam pushing alarm systems onto elderly people who might be more vulnerable. They are quite pushy and not very polite, trying hard to convince you that you absolutely must have their product. The funny thing is, where I live we've got a free service called "Gofal Mon" that provides this kind of support at no cost to those who need it.
