It’s quite something how many people with thick accents from South West Asia seem to be working for BT out here on the Isle of Mull. Earlier, I got a call from someone called “Patrick” - if that’s even the bloke’s real name, then I’m the Queen of England. He kept going on about how my Windows were having issues, but I told him they were perfectly fine, no fogging at all and Darren, our reliable window guy, had just cleaned them last week. After that, Patrick hung up on me quite abruptly.

So I got a call from someone saying he was David from BT, saying my internet was at risk. He then wanted my email and password, which I obviously didn’t give him, and then I just ended the call. What was odd is he said he was based in London, but the call showed it was coming from Isle of Mull in Scotland! Quite fishy if you ask me.
