Got a suspicious call from a woman with an Indian accent who said she was from BT Openreach - which is weird, ’cause it’s only Openreach these days and BT makes a big deal about not being connected anymore. She told me she was calling about some issues with my broadband speed going up and down, which is pretty common anyway. Then she asked about the number of lights on my router, probably trying to sneak in and grab my IP or something to mess with my computer. When I asked if she knew my name or account number, she guessed my name totally wrong! I just laughed and hung up straight away.
