Got a call from someone with a weird accent, definitely not British, who said they were from the “computer licensing department.” They claimed my PC was infected and was about to be shut down. I told the bloke he was talking rubbish and needed a better line. The moment I said that, he just hung up. Pretty sure it was one of those dodgy scams trying to get me to pay for a problem that didn’t even exist. Total con artist if you ask me.
