The automated voice instructed me to press 1 for this, or 2 for that. When I pressed zero, a man with an Indian accent picked up. I said "Namaste" and he started asking strangely about a Visa credit card. I mentioned American Express instead, which totally threw him off, like it wasn’t in his script.
