Definitely a dodgy call from the start. The person on the phone claimed my network provider chose me for a surprise credit because I always pay my bills on time and have no missed payments. Sounds a bit too good to be true, right? After chatting for a bit, he started asking about my job, and I could tell he was baiting me to give out my bank info next. I cut him off, told him he didn’t need to know my work and suggested he should quit trying to con folks and get a proper job. Then the line just dropped out, which says it all really.
