8 yearsI got a call from a lady who sounded like she was speaking from one of those busy call centres. She said she was from the Windows Helpdesk and wanted to take control of my computer remotely. I just ended the call straight away. Then, she rang me back and told me to "think properly"! She was quite convincing and kept at it.
