Shortly after I finished a call on my landline, I started getting bombarded with calls from different numbers all starting with 016. One of those was this number. The caller claimed my computer had been compromised, speaking in a very pushy and almost rude tone. They even left a loud message insisting I answer. I ignored it, but over the next couple of minutes, my phone rang about fifteen times from various similar numbers. Pretty sure it was the same person trying to scare me.
