I received a call from a bloke with quite a thick Asian accent, and he definitely had the hallmarks of a con artist! He completely butchered my name and was keen on arranging a complimentary loft insulation inspection. I didn't hesitate to hang up the phone.

The moment I tried to get them to take me off their list, they just dropped the call. Blocking their numbers is pointless since they keep ringing from a new one next time and don’t seem bothered by me saying no. So frustrating! I also found out that this number is linked to a totally different company in Coventry!

Got a call from some girl about insulating my loft. She kept going on about how even though I’ve got a flat roof, it’s still possible to insulate it. I told her the roof doesn’t actually have a cavity - unlike what seemed to be her spare brain space!
