i reckon this number is a total con. it’s connected to 01808910365, they act like they’re from bt or your internet company. they ring up saying they need to test your connection speed, but really they're just working out who your broadband provider is. don’t fall for it. we double checked with our internet provider and it was a scam. never chat with anyone claiming to be bt or your isp out of the blue. if you’re unsure, just call the number on your bill to be safe. hopefully this info saves someone from getting duped.
