Got a call at midday, there was loads of noise in the background. I barely caught that they wanted to know if I was with the Council or a Housing Association before I just hung up. Definitely felt like a scam.

There was lots of background noise like it was in some busy office or something, and I couldn't make out the guy's accent at all. I said hello and he just cut the call straight away. So, I've decided to block the number and label it as unknown.
