If i'm in the right mood, I just annoy them proper. Put the phone on loudspeaker and have a good chuckle. They’re usually a bit thick, so it’s easy to mess with them by asking tricky stuff like why gas has a smell or why i can’t actually see electricity.

Mrs Burgess from the Scottish Government mentioned that anyone bothered by nuisance calls should get in touch with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office), who look after rules on unwanted live calls, recorded messages and texts, and can take action against the companies. These people really need to find proper jobs and stop annoying innocent folks. Honestly, there should be some law to put a stop to this.

Energy Saving Scotland phoning me again, but this time a different bloke. I asked where they got my number from and he said it’s on their database. I told him nicely to take me off it but he just said “No.” So I told him straight, “Get lost!” and hung up. These lot are a total scam! I’m on the TPS but it’s no good, they keep calling. Seriously, something needs to be done to stop these annoying calls!

Energy Saving Scotland calling again, what a pain. When my husband said we weren’t interested, the person said, “I haven’t even told you what it’s about yet!” We’ve had loads of calls from them and told them to stop, plus we’re on the TPS list, but they keep ringing anyway.

Our phone frequently receives calls from this particular number, although we choose not to answer as it is unfamiliar to us. This occurs roughly 2 or 3 times every week, with occasional pauses before the pattern repeats itself.

Got a call from them AGAIN today at 17:42, just silence - really getting a bit irritating now.
