I answered the phone saying hello, and it sounded like I was in some kind of call centre or office, but then the line just dropped suddenly.

Got a call from a woman with an American accent saying she was from BT. She told me my phone and internet would be cut off soon. Felt really suspicious, like it could be some scam or someone trying to get into my accounts. Definitely dodgy.

rang my sister’s landline pretending there was some crash she was involved in - which she definitely wasn’t. What a total b******, cheers for nothing!
